Sahabat Waskita Teknik, to recognize the partner's substantial improvements following the 2022 audit, which had highlighted needs in Health & Safety, ISO Certification, and Quality Management. By the 2025 ASP audit, the partner demonstrated remarkable progress, achieving scores of 90% and above in nearly all focus areas. This transformation stemmed from strong management commitment, which involved strategically restructuring the service division, granting autonomy, and providing enhanced tools and clear objectives. The shift included appointing a dedicated HSE Officer and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual accountability. Grundfos supported this journey through tailored knowledge-sharing, technical training, and pre-audit coaching. PT. Sahabat Waskita Teknik successfully overcame the challenge of unifying the team under a common, customer-centric objective through persistence and their open partnership with Grundfos. The company is now proactively preparing to pursue ISO Certification. Their success serves as an exemplary case, underscoring the importance of setting clear objectives, cultivating ownership, investing in technical competence, and consistent collaboration to drive service excellence.
