The shift included appointing a dedicated HSE Officer and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual accountability. Grundfos supported this journey through tailored knowledge-sharing, technical training, and pre-audit coaching. PT. Sahabat Waskita Teknik successfully overcame the challenge of unifying the team under a common, customer-centric objective through persistence and their open partnership with Grundfos. The company is now proactively preparing to pursue ISO Certification.
